Lastly, with the growing dependence on online information, tripmoba will also offer Guides which can aid you in planning your next exciting getaway, food trip, or R&R.

How do I sign up?
On the upper right corner, click the Sign Up link and input all mandatory fields. A valid email address is required, and must be verified. You also have the option to sign in with your Facebook or Twitter account. Simply click on the Log In link and choose either of the two. tripmoba does not store your passwords for any of these social network sites.
How do I recover my password?
Click the link beside “Forgot Password?” Input your email address and follow the procedures indicated on a system-generated email.
I purchased a flight/hotel/package on your website. Can you help me with getting a visa to the Philippines?
We are looking forward to welcoming you into our country! Unfortunately we do not process visa application from a foreign national who wants to visit the Philippines. You may refer to the website of the Department of Foreign Affairs  for more information.
Do you offer senior citizen discounts/airline employees/hotel member cards/government officials?
Should you wish to avail of these discounts, please call the airline/hotel directly. For experience packages, no further discounts are offered unless noted on the details.
Can I refund?
Please bear in mind that some flights/hotels/packages are on a book and buy basis and may not be eligible for a refund. If you are unsure of the restrictions of your purchase, please contact our customer experience officers to check this for you.
How can I make special requests on my bookings?
For any special requests such as baby needs, PWD assistance, dietary restrictions, and smoking rooms, please contact and confirm with the supplier (airline/hotel/resort) directly.

How can I pay?
Through the check out process, you will be prompted to choose between the following options:

- Dragonpay

How can I request for an official receipt?

Can I use somebody else’s credit card?
It is possible to use a third party credit card. However, please bear in mind that airlines, hotels and other suppliers may require you to present the credit card or a valid authorization for the use of the credit, for security purposes. Please check directly with the supplier on the required documents.

What are eTickets?
Most airlines issue electronic tickets (eTickets), which can be printed out on plain paper. This eliminates the need for paper tickets previously issued by airlines. eTickets are more convenient as there is no need to pick up paper tickets from airline offices, and that it can be reprinted in case you misplace your copy.
Why can’t I book multi-city trips?
We apologize for the inconvenience; we are still working on providing multi-city itineraries on our system.

How much is my baggage allowance?
Baggage allowances vary per airline. Your tripmoba eTicket itinerary receipt will indicate your allowable baggage check-in allowance either by weight (kilograms) or by piece.
Can I change my flight?
We understand that your plans may change.  For fully unused tickets with departures of more than 72 hours, please contact us and we will review change policies and any applicable penalties and fare difference. For partially used tickets and urgent changes, please contact the airline directly.
How can I cancel my eTicket?
If you wish to cancel your eTicket, please contact us. We will review cancellation penalties with you and advise of any applicable refund.

My flight got cancelled.  What should I do?
In case of flight cancellations, please reach out directly to the airline to facilitate rebooking or refund of your flight.
What are Experience Packages?
tripmoba aims to give you experiences to treasure, rather than a place to visit. Our Experience Packages are designed to give you destination plus activities to make your trip worthwhile.
How can I redeem my voucher?
To redeem, you may contact our customer care representatives by phone or email to provide your preferred dates. We strongly suggest doing so as soon as you have dates in mind, even just after your purchase, to secure a confirmed booking. Once confirmed, tripmoba will send you a confirmation email. Please note that no reservation is confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
