It's name being "Alive" refers to the restaurant's notion of fit dining through their "living cuisine" which is mainly directed towards the restaurant's raw and healthy ingredients used for their food. With the restaurant's tropical-designed interiors, thatched roofs, rustic wooden posts and furnishings, one would definitely feel relaxed while eating at the place. There are also large windows that will allow guests to see a panoramic view of the stunning gardens and abundance of coconut trees from outside the restaurant. From the totality of its facilities and ambiance, The Farm at San Benito is very eco-friendly, making the guests feel mentally, spiritually, and physically invigorated.

What makes ALIVE! Cuisine restaurant apart from the other restaurants is its unique conviction and vision to healthy living. Holistic wellness through creative and smart food preparation is the core of their culinary delicacies. One of the great things in this vegan restaurant is that all of the food they serve to the guests are freshly produced, harvested, and prepared on their grounds. Through nutritious dishes, you will be surprised at the organic components they use for the majority of their food. These organic ingredients are freshly produced from their Organic Garden, located outside of the ALIVE! Cuisine restaurant.

Furthermore, they also have a Kitchen Garden and a Wheat Grass Bungalow where fresh wheat grass are harvested and used for majority of their fresh juices. Additionally, ingredients such as coconut milk fiber, virgin coconut oil, and natural cocoa and coffee are freshly produced in their grounds and are also used in their spa services- providing customers with a unique way of rejuvenation and detoxification.

What's more is that each dish can be considered as 'best-seller' with the unique and wide selection at the restaurant's menu. Rather than cooking, the chefs use a different process of food preparation that will retain the important components found in the raw ingredients used for their dishes.
